Keith McKittrick has all-encompassing experience at the NHL, NCAA, Major Junior, and IIHF levels that gives him a critical edge in identifying, cultivating and showcasing talent. A native of Boston, MA, Keith has a degree in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota. His past coaching experience includes 6 years as an Assistant Coach with the NHL's Detroit Red Wings, 3 years as Director of Hockey Ops for Michigan State University, and time with the Minnesota Wild, the WHL's Portland Winterhawks and Team USA.

A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Law, Economics & Public Policy, Vlad Spektor spent 3 seasons working in the hockey operations departments of the WHL’s Seattle Thunderbirds and Everett Silvertips. Spektor has accrued almost a decade of experience in the industry and currently manages the operations of Gold Star Sports Management Group’s hockey division with a variety of responsibilities ranging from player identification and representation to servicing Gold Star Hockey's current and future NHL clients. At the age of 24, Spektor became one of the youngest NHLPA Certified Player Agents in NHLPA history.

Slava Kiselev has made enormous contributions to sports management over the course of his career, specializing in sports-centered PR, media management, and sports marketing. Slava has served as General Manager of the Belarus Ice Hockey Federation and a consultant for Team Canada and Team Switzerland, along with directing the Pavel Datsyuk Hockey School in Russia. His multilingual fluency in Russian, English, German and French allows him to efficiently communicate with a diverse group of clients and team personnel.
Sergei Samsonov

A former 8th overall NHL draft pick, Calder Trophy award winner, and NHL veteran with over 800+ NHL games complementing numerous international appearances, including the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, Sergei has solidified himself among the NHL’s best. Upon retiring after 15+ professional seasons, Sergei began working with the Carolina Hurricanes as a scout and development coach for eight years before joining our family. With his all-encompassing resume and decades of hockey acumen, Sergei now works closely to develop Gold Star’s current and future NHL stars.

A CSLH registered player agent, Martin founded an agency in 2012 and is a strategic partner for Gold Star Hockey in the Czech Republic. Drafted 45th overall by the Phoenix Coyotes in 2001, Martin played junior with the WHL's Lethbridge Hurricanes and went on to a pro career which included a championship title with HC Sparta Praha. Martin has guided over 30 young hockey players on to professional hockey, and helps identify talent in the Czech Republic, monitor client performance, and negotiate European contracts.

Patrick Bedell is a determined and passionate NHLPA Certified Player Agent and attorney with extensive experience in sports, entertainment, marketing, and law. He worked in hockey operations in junior hockey prior to spending several years between two player agencies. In addition to representing and assisting Gold Star clients in pursuit of their professional aspirations, Patrick also manages endorsements and licensing for all Gold Star clients.

Based in Bratislava, Slovakia, Andrej is the Founder and CEO of AA Sports Management, which he established in 2007. A key global partner focused on identifying and supporting Slovakian talent, he has worked with over 50 national team players, many of whom have gone on to play professionally in North America or Europe. Andrej has a degree in business and marketing from the University of Economics in Bratislava, and first began working as a player agent in 2002.
