His past coaching experience includes 6 years as an Assistant Coach with the NHL's Detroit Red Wings, 3 years as Director of Hockey Ops for Michigan State University, and time with the Minnesota Wild, the WHL's Portland Winterhawks and Team USA.

A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Law, Economics & Public Policy, Vlad Spektor spent 3 seasons working in the hockey operations departments of the WHL’s Seattle Thunderbirds and Everett Silvertips. Spektor currently manages the operations of Gold Star Sports Management Group’s hockey division with a variety of responsibilities ranging from player identification and representation to servicing Gold Star Hockey's current and future NHL clients.
Director of European Hockey Operations, KHL Certified Player Agent
Slava Kiselev has made enormous contributions to sports management over the course of his career, specializing in sports-centered PR, media management, and sports marketing. Slava has served as General Manager of the Belarus Ice Hockey Federation and a consultant for Team Canada and Team Switzerland, along with directing the Pavel Datsyuk Hockey School in Russia. His multilingual fluency in Russian, English, German and French allows him to efficiently communicate with a diverse group of clients and team personnel.
Czech Republic, Player Agent
A CSLH registered player agent, Martin founded an agency in 2012 and is a strategic partner for Gold Star Hockey in the Czech Republic. Drafted 45th overall by the Phoenix Coyotes in 2001, Martin played junior with the WHL's Lethbridge Hurricanes and went on to a pro career which included a championship title with HC Sparta Praha. Martin has guided over 30 young hockey players on to professional hockey, and helps identify talent in the Czech Republic, monitor client performance, and negotiate European contracts.

Based in Bratislava, Slovakia, Andrej is the Founder and CEO of AA Sports Management, which he established in 2007. A key global partner focused on identifying and supporting Slovakian talent, he has worked with over 50 national team players, many of whom have gone on to play professionally in North America or Europe. Andrej has a degree in business and marketing from the University of Economics in Bratislava, and first began working as a player agent in 2002.
